Zusammenfassung

Die renale Ausscheidung einiger organischer Säuren und Basen erreicht bei progressiver Erhöhung ihres Plasmaspiegels schließlich ein Maximum, das auch bei weiterem Konzentrationsanstieg im Plasma nicht überschritten wird. Die Größe der tubulären Indicatorexkretion errechnet sich dabei aus der Differenz von ausgeschiedener Gesamtmenge und dem glomerulär filtrierten nicht eiweißgebundenen Anteil.
