Zusammenfassung

Heparin, 1916 von Howell (1) und Mc Lean (2) entdeckt, 1935 durch Jorpes (3) als ein Mucopolysaccharid-Polyschwefelsäureester in seiner chemischen Zusammensetzung weitgehend geklärt, findet in der Therapie in immer ausgedehnterem Maße Anwendung.
