Zusammenfassung
Bei 50 jugendlichen Diabetikern im Alter von 6 bis 16 Jahren wurden nach 6wöchiger Beobachtung der Stoffwechsellage Insulin-Antikörper im peripheren Blut qualitativ sowie die Insulin-Bindungskapazität quantitativ mit Hilfe von Jod131-Insulin bestimmt. Die Isolierung der Insulin -Antikörperkomplexe erfolgte durch Immunelektrophorese und anschließende Autoradiographie, durch Ultrazentrifugation, durch Verwendung von Anionenaustauschern und durch Immunpräcipitation (Doppel-AK -Methode).
