Zusammenfassung
In den letzten Jahren wurde festgestellt, daß korpuskuläre hämolytische Anämien häufig durch genetisch fixierte Enzymdefekte der Erythrocyten bedingt sind. Bisher ist ein Mangel an Methämoglobinreduktase (1), Glucose-6-Phosphatdehydrogenase (2, 3), 2, 3-Diphosphoglyceroniutase (4), Pyruvatkinase (5, 6), Glutathionreduktase (7, 8), 6-Phosphogluconatdehydrogenase (9), Adenosintriphosphatase (10) und Triosephosphatisomerase (11) beschrieben worden.
