Zusammenfassung

Unter Paraproteinen versteht man funktionell inerte, abnorm strukturierte Eiweißkörper aus der Gruppe der Immunoglobuline. Sie werden in drei Typen unterteilt : a) den γ-, b) den γ 1A- und c) den γ 1M­-Globulintyp. Beim Plasmocytom (P) findet man am häufigsten eine γ-, seltener eine γ 1A-, Paraproteinämie; beim Morbus Waldenström ist ein abnormes γ 1M stark erhöht, und auch der bei primär chronischer Poly­arthritis (PcP) positive Rheumafaktor ist ein γ 1M-Globulin.
