Zusammenfassung

Die Bestimmung des eiweißgebundenen Jods127 im Serum wurde früher in unserer Abteilung nach der Methode der offenen, sauren Veraschung und der anschließenden Destillation des Jods durchgeführt, wie sie von Taurog und Chaikoff (1), Barker (2), Klein (3) und anderen angegeben wurde.
