Zusammenfassung
Im Harn findet man einen gewissen Anteil von Eiweißen, die aus dem Serum stammen und bei der Immunoelektrophorese mit Antihumanseren Präcipitate bilden. Diese Eiweiße wurden als serumidentischer Anteil der Harnkolloide bezeichnet (5). Diese Harnproteine haben wir mit der Säulenchromatographie (8), mit der Immunoelektrophorese nach Grabar und Williams (2, 3) und mit der Agarelektrophorese bei pH 8,2 untersucht. Die Elektrophoresen wurden mit Amidoschwarz 10 B sowie auf Nucleoproteide (9) und Glykoproteide (10) gefärbt.
