Zusammenfassung

Von den Serumeiweißkörpern weisen die Mucoproteine den größten Kohlenhydratgehalt auf. Meyer bezeichnet Glykoproteide mit mehr als 4% Kohlenhydratanteil als Mucoproteine, während Schultze u. Mitarb. keine Notwendigkeit sehen, die Glykoproteine durch eine willkürlich gezogene Grenze zu unterteilen.
