Das Verhalten der Anti-Blutthrombokinase bei gesteigerter Gerinnungsaktivität

Zusammenfassung

In vitro ist synergistisches Verhalten von fördernden und hemmenden Gerinnungsfaktoren bekannt geworden. So geht nach Lasch (5) bei Zunahme von Faktor VII die Aktivität von Antithrombin III/IV zurück. Ähnliches vermuten Egll, Kesseler und Klesper (3) für Faktor VII oder IX und Antithrombokinase. Auch an die Möglichkeit, daß Faktor V oder VIII in gleichem Sinne wirken, wurde von diesen Autoren gedacht. Nach Deutsch und Fuchs (2) wird Antiblutthrombokinase durch wiederholte Zugabe von Thrombokinaseaktivität erschöpft. In vivo ließen sich solche Verhaltensweisen bisher nicht eindeutig aufzeigen (8, 13, 14).
