Zusammenfassung

Zur klinischen Diagnose der sog. Kollagenkrankheiten müssen meist cytologische oder bioptisch-histologische Hilfsuntersuchungen herangezogen werden. Unter diesen ist die Muskelbiopsie ein harmloser, ambulant durchführbarer, aber weniger bekannter und angewandter Eingriff, der bei sorgfältiger Auswahl der Excisionsstelle und spezieller histologischer Technik wertvolle Aufschlüsse gibt.
