Zusammenfassung

Vor genau 20 Jahren wurde das Isoniazid in die Therapie der Tuberkulose eingeführt und es hat dort bis heute seinen Platz behauptet. In der Weltliteratur wurden seither rund 500 Fälle suizidaler und teils auch iatrogener Isoniazid-Vergiftungen beschrieben. Im Folgenden soll über drei Suizide mit 7, 10 und 20 g Isoniazid berichtet werden, die wir 1966, 1970 und 1972 auf unserer Intensiv-Station behandelten.
