Abstract
The institutional framework which has been established in individual CentralEast European countries in order to support the growth of the private sector has already become the subject of several publications.1 This enabled us to concentrate only on those parts of this framework, which are directly related to the formation of new entrepreneurial structures and the emergence of new behavioural patterns in the enterprise sphere of these countries and to their linkage to international capital and trade flows.
