Zusammenfassung

Infektionen sind typische Komplikationen der myeloischen Insuffizienz, die zu einer weiteren Verschlechterung des Blutbildes führen können und eine der häufigsten Todesursachen dieser Erkrankung darstellen. Die Infektionen durch Granulocytopenien bei Panmyelopathien und Agranulocytosen, als auch bei Leukämien sind sich durchaus ähnlich.
