Bereits in Abschnitt 1.1 haben wir herausgestellt, welche Bedeutung Bedürfnisse und Interessen sowie die daraus folgende Motivation als Bereitschaft der Bedürfniss- und Interessensbefriedigung haben. Kommunikation zeigte sich als Folge von Motivation, die sich ihrerseits aus Bedürfnissen ableitet.
