Zusammenfassung

Mit neuem Instumentarium ist die Hysteroskopie als diagnostischer und therapeutischer Eingriff einfacher und effizienter geworden. Die bisherigen Erfahrungen mit elektro- oder laserchirurgischen Techniken sind ermutigend. Komplikationen sind selten und ergeben sich durch mechanische Manipulationen und durch das Distensionsmedium.
