Eine perioperative Thromboembolieprophylaxe erscheint bei allen gynäkologischen Eingriffen ohne Einschränkung (Altersgrenze u.a.) angebracht und muß in 3 zeitlich verschiedenen Phasen ablaufen: preoperative, intraoperative und postoperative.
