Gentle Operation on Anus — Pile Suture on Hemorrhoids

Summary

Pile suture for the treatment of 2nd and 3rd degree hemorrhoids starts above the pile at the artery, runs over the pile, and ends at the dentate line. In 5.5 years, 129 patients were treated, 102 with additional procedures as fistulotomy, hemorrhoidectomy, fissurectomy; Operation time: 15 min; mild postoperative pain; 1–2 days hospitalization postoperatively; unfit for work for 1–2 weeks. Complications: 8 cases of dysuria; 8 cases of perianal edema; 3 cases of blood stained stools; 24 months later there were 3 recurrences.

Zusammenfassung

Die Knotennaht der primären Hämorrhoidalknoten IL und III. Grades mit fortlaufender Naht, oberhalb des Knotens an der zuführenden Arterie beginnend, über den Knoten bis an Linea dentata, reicht bis in die Submukosa. In 5,5 Jahren an 129 Patienten, davon bei 102 synchron weitere Eingriffe (Fistulotomie, Hämorrhoidektomie, Fissurektomie). Operationsdauer ca. 15 min, geringer postoperativer Schmerz, postoperativ stationär 1 bis 2 Tage, A.U.f. 1 bis 2 Wochen. Geringe Komphkationen: 8mal passagere Miktionsstörung, 8mal erhebliches Ödem des Anoderms, 3mal mehrere Tage Schmierblutung mit dem Stuhlgang. Bei 24 Monaten Nachbeobachtung 3 Rezidive.
