Zusammenfassung

Das Konzept zervikogener Kopfschmerzen wird hinsichtlich Klassifikation und Ätiologie bis heute unterschiedlich beruteilt. Die bisherigen experimentellen und klinischen Befunde zeigen, daß zumindest im Hinblick auf die zugrundeliegenden Störungen im Bereich der HWS keine pathogenetische Entität vorliegt.
