Zusammenfassung
Die Sarkoidose ist eine Systemerkrankung, die viele Organe betrifft und zum Formenkreis der granulomatösen Krankheiten gerechnet werden muß. Sie wurde zuerst von Besnier 1889 beschrieben. Als Systemerkrankung wurde sie von Schaumann 1914 erkannt. Die Dominanz der Lungenmanifestation beschrieb als erster Boeck 1916. Bernstein et al. (1929) beobachteten als erste die Sarkoidose des Herzens.
