Zusammenfassung

Die Verletzungen des Pankreas sind bedingt durch die tiefe Lage der Drüse, die von den Nachbarorganen eng umringt und bedeckt ist, durch ihre schwierige, oft verspätete Diagnose, durch das Risiko einer Pankreasnekrose mit ihren örtlichen und allgemeinen schweren Folgen und durch die Schwierigkeit einer adäquaten Therapie.
