Zusammenfassung
Durch die Wahl des Anaesthesieverfahrens ist ein variierender Einfluß auf den Organismus und damit auch das Immunsystem möglich:

Differente Narkoseverfahren können unterschiedlich auf die immunologischen Effektorzellen einwirken; geprüft bei ophthalmologischen Patienten ohne chirurgisches Gewebstrauma. Es ließen sich immunologische Reaktionsmuster abgrenzen.

Die Laparotomie führte auch bei gesunden Patienten zu einer deutlichen Depression der Lymphozyten-Transformationsrate im perioperativen Zeitraum. Diese Feststellung läßt sich ableiten aus der speziellen Anlage der Untersuchung, die die Kinetik der Lymphozytenstimulation besonders berücksichtigte. Das“Muster” der Narkose — Halothan — bzw. Neurolept-Anaesthesie — blieb angedeutet erkennbar.

Der Abfall der Mitogen-induzierten Lymphozytenstimulation war bei Patienten mit großem abdominal-chirurgischem Eingriff graduell noch ausgeprägter.

Es konnten individuelle, vom Gruppenmuster abweichende Reaktionsverläufe der Lymphozytenreaktivität beobachtet werden.
