Zusammenfassung
Antikörperproduktion im Organismus ist keine alleinige Leistung der Plasmazellen, sondern für nahezu alle Antigene das Resultat der Kooperation von T- und B-Zellen. Insofern ist auch die Steuerung der Syntheserate im Sinne einer Rückkoppelung sowohl vom Antikörper selbst als auch von den T-Zellen abhängig.
Zufuhr eines der Produkte dieses immunoregulatorischen Cyclus, nämlich der Antikörper, kann also im Zweifelsfall auch zu Schäden für das Immunsystem führen.
Inwieweit neben der Zufuhr der IgG-Fraktion der Immunglobuline auch noch die Substitution anderer Immunglobulinklassen eine erfolgreiche Therapiemaßnahme sein könnte, müssen zukünftige Untersuchungen zeigen.
