Pathologie und Radiologie (Röntgendiagnostik und Thermographie) der Brustdrüse

Zusammenfassung

In den vergangenen 35 Jahren sind die Heilungschancen des Mammakarzinoms trotz intensiver Bemühungen um eine effektive Frühdiagnose und —thErapie annähernd konstant geblieben (Dallenbach, 1975; Krokowski, 1977). Die Erkennung des fortgeschrittenen Mammakarzinoms ist wenig problematisch. Schwieriger und noch nicht gelöst ist dagegen der Nachweis der präinvasiven Phase des Brustkrebses, des noch nicht infiltrierend wachsenden, intraduktalen und intralobulären Karzinoms (Carcinoma in situ) und des Frühkarzinoms (mikroinvasives Karzinom).
