Abstract
In chapters 1 through 4 we have merely dealt with GERT networks which possess only STEOR nodes within cycles (according to assumption A5). In many cases, however, this restriction makes the assignment of a GERT network to a real project evolution impossible. We consider as an example the examination of a plan for a construction project.
