Zusammenfassung
Um die Anwendung des CYCLONE-Modells in der Baupraxis zu illustrieren, wird das empirische Beispiel des Bauprozesses „Betonierung der Stockwerke eines Hotels“ gewählt, der sich bei der Erbauung des Peachtree Plaza Hotels in Atlanta, Georgia/USA, bewährt hat. Das Ende 1975 fertiggestellte Peachtree Plaza ist mit 70 Stockwerken und einer Höhe von 213 m das höchste Hotel der Welt. Ein plastisches Modell des Hotels zeigt Bild 9.1.
