Zusammenfassung
Die Dünnschicht-Chromatographie ist ein Verfahren zur Trennung von Gemischen, Es beruht auf der unterschiedlichen Löslichkeit der gemischten Substanzen in den zur Trennung benutzten Flüssigkeiten, Laufmittel genannt. Unsere Mikro-Chromatogramme haben eine Größe von 3 cm x 3 cm und bestehen aus einer etwa 0,2 mm dicken Schicht Polyamid auf einer Aluminiumfolie als Trägermaterial (Zimmer, Neuhoff, Schulze 1976).
