Die zunehmenden Schwierigkeiten bei der Versorgung mit homologem Spenderblut (49, 60) sowie die nach wie vor unvermeidlichen Risiken der Fremdbluttransfusion sind Anlaß, die Indikationsstellung zur Bluttransfusion neu zu überprüfen (26).
