Zusammenfassung
Wenn in den letzten Jahren die Physiologie der Mikrozirku-lation, d. h. der Stoffaustausch zwischen Blut und Geweben, in das Zentrum pathophysiologischer Überlegungen gerückt ist, so geschah dies aufgrund der Erkenntnis, daß eine grosse Reihe von akuten und chronischen Krankheitsbildern durch Störungen gerade dieses Kreislaufabschnittes verursacht oder doch determiniert ist. Die verschiedenen Schockformen seien hier pars pro toto genannt, aber seit den klassischen Untersuchungen der experimentellen Pathologen (6,13) wissen wir, daß durchaus ähnliche Mikrozirkulationsstörungen auch bei verschiedenen Entzündungsvorgängen beobachtet werden.
