Abstract
Development of resistance is a major problem in cancer chemotherapy, and is difficult to investigate clinically. Most work in this field has therefore been done using experimental tumors as model systems. In the present investigation, the development of resistance to several drugs, including daunomycin and adriamycin, was studied in Ehrlich ascites tumor in vivo in mice.
