Zusammenfassung
Die Typ V-Hyperlipoproteinämie [1] wird durch die folgende Dyslipoproteinämie im 12–16 Stunden Nüchternplasma charakterisiert: (1) Hyperchylomikronämie; (2) erhebliche Hyper-prä-β-Lipoproteinämie (im Gegensatz zu der leichten, wenn überhaupt vorhandenen Erhöhung der prä-β-LP bei der Typ I-Hyperlipoproteinämie) und erhöhte albumingebundene Freie Fettsäuren im Serum; (3) Hypo-β-Lipoproteinämie und (4) Hypo-α-Lipoproteinämie.
