Das Resultat (5. 13) ist nicht nur für die Stimulus Sampling Theorie (Reizstichprobentheorie) zentral, sondern scheint auch in anderen Lernmodellen auf (z.B. im linearen Modell von BUSH und MOSTELLER [5]). Eine allgemeine Behandlung hat dieses “Theorem vom Wahrscheinlichkeitslernen” in [3] erfahren; vgl. auch [10], wo ein derartiges Experiment beschrieben wird (Lampenexperiment nach ESTES und STRAUGHAN [6]).
