Zusammenfassung

Die Erythrämie (Erythromyelose, echte Erythroblastose) ist eine seltene, akut oder chronisch verlaufende Erkrankung des erythropoetischen Systems. Sie ist gekennzeichnet durch eine therapierefraktäre Anämie, das Auftreten von Erythroblasten im peripheren Blut und eine generalisierte Proliferation der erythropetischen Vorstufen in den blutbildenden Geweben mit Bildung pathologischer Zellformen. Dabei zeigt der Knochenmarkbefund nach Di Guglielmo (1958) folgende Charakteristika: 1. Hypercelluläres Knochenmark; 2. Proliferation der Erythroblasten, die mehr als 90% aller Knochenmarkszellen betragen können; 3. Umkehrung der normalen Relation zwischen Leukopoese und Erythropoese; 4. Reifungsstop der Erythroblasten; 5. Auftreten abnormer Erythroblasten (Riesenformen, Polyploidie, neoplastisch-monströse Zellformen). Der Verlauf der Erkrankung ist progredient, irreversibel und gleicht dem der Leukämien.
