Die habituelle Patellarluxation als präarthrotische Deformität

Zusammenfassung

Fehlformen und Dysfunktion eines Gelenkes stellen nach Hackenbboch eine präarthrotische Deformität dar. Am Kniegelenk kenne man, so sagt Hackenbboch an anderer Stelle, die präarthrotische Bedeutung von Achsenabweichungen, Inkongruenzen der Gelenkflächen, Torsions- und Rotationsfehlstellungen, Dysplasien der Kondylen und von Lageabweichungen der Patella. Da die genannten Deformitäten sämtlich einzeln oder kombiniert bei dem Krankheitsbilde der habituellen Patellarluxation anzutreffen sind, müßte diese ein treffendes Beispiel einer präarthrotischen Deformität des Kniegelenkes darstellen.
