Zusammenfassung
Die Harnbereitung beginnt an der Membran der glomerulären Capillaren mit der Abtrennung einer fast eiweißfreien Flüssigkeit vom Plasma. Es ist heute weitgehend anerkannt, daß der Primärharn durch einen Filtrationsvorgang erzeugt wird, dessen treibende Kraft sich als algebraische Summe von hydrostatischen und osmotischen Gradienten über die Capillarmembran errechnen läßt.
