Zusammenfassung

In der hämatologischen Diagnostik werden radioaktive Substanzen als Indi-catoren vor allem zur Bestimmung des Blutvolumens wie zum Nachweis von Blut-bildungs-und Blutabbaustörungen benutzt. Bei den verwendeten Spürsubstanzen handelt es sich hauptsächlich um radioaktives Chrom und radioaktiven Phosphor zur Markierung der Blutzellen und der Plasmaproteine, um radioaktives Eisen für ferrokinetische Untersuchungen sowie um mit radioaktivem Kobalt markiertes Vitamin B12 zur Diagnostik der perniziösen Anämie (Schillingtest).
