Zusammenfassung

Der vorliegende Jahresbericht hat die Entstehung der ”assimilatory power„ und den Weg des Kohlenstoffs in der Photosynthese zum Inhalt. Fragen der Piastidenstruktur, der Photochemie der Chromatophorenpigmente und deren Einlagerung in die Thylakoide sollen diesmal außer Betracht bleiben; sie werden im nächsten Jahresbericht berücksichtigt. Dagegen soll in einem eigenen Abschnitt wiederum über die Anzucht der wichtigsten Versuchsobjekte in “steady state„- und in synchronen Massenkulturen, erstmalig auch über Ausscheidung von Photosyntheseintermediär- und -endþrodukten in das Medium referiert werden.
