Zusammenfassung

Die Beobachtung der klinischen Zeichen eines Hochdruckes bei Nierenkranken durch Bright (1836) stellte den ersten Hinweis für die ursächliche Bedeutung der Niere bei der Entwicklung einer Hypertonie dar. Experimentelle und klinische Untersuchungen haben seither verschiedene Formen von renaler Hypertonie erkennen lassen [195].
