Le problème qui m’intéresse est celui des tumeurs de la crête neurale, et de leur métabolisme in vivo. Ces tumeurs, comme on le sait, synthétisent particulièrement la noradrénaline et les malades excrètent les métabolites de celle-ci dans leurs urines. Mais quel est le siège de la formation des produits excrétés? Est-il dans la tumeur elle-même, ou dans un autre tissu?
