Hautveränderungen bei Lymphogranuloma inguinale

Zusammenfassung

Die Haut kann bei Lymphogranuloma inguinale in mannigfacher Art am Krankheitsprozeß beteiligt sein. Die Primärläsionen und Lymphgefäßentzündungen des Frühstadiums, mit Bubonuli, Begleitödemen und -phlegmonen, wie auch die zum Spätstadium gehörenden chronischen Hautinfiltrate und Fisteln sowie die ulcerösen und elephantiastischen Veränderungen an den Genitalorganen und am Anus seien hier nur kurz erwähnt, da sie an anderer Stelle näher beschrieben sind. Die Besprechung der spezifischen lymphogranulomatösen Hautallergie, der Frei-Reaktion, findet auch in anderem Zusammenhang statt.
