Zusammenfassung

Eine europäische Medizin müßte wohl die schwierigsten Verhandlungen über eine einheitliche Betrachtung der Anorexia nervosa führen. Was der Student im medizinischen Unterricht noch vielfach auf deutschen Universitäten hört, könnte ihn beim Examen auf schweizerischen Hochschulen leicht zu Fall bringen. Was über dasselbe Krankheitsbild von der skandinavischen Medizin und der fran­zösischen Schule gesagt wurde, mutet in der Rückschau wie ein Bericht über zwei wesensfremde Gebiete an.
