Zusammenfassung

Obwohl die Fluoreszenzmikroskopie mehr als 5o Jahre alt ist, haben wir in den letzten Jahren eine Renaissance dieses Untersuchungsverfahrens erlebt, das einen integrierenden Bestandteil der sogenannten Neomorphologie darstellt• Das Prinzip und die Einrichtungen für fluoreszenzmikroskopische Untersuchungen sind weitgehend bekannt und wir erwähnen nur einige der neuesten Übersichten (23,25,29,39,40). Was die Hämatologie betrifft, haben die grundlegenden Forschungen HAI- TINGERS (24) und STRUGGERS (50) eine Serie von Berichten in der deutschsprachigen Literatur induziert, unter welchen einige wichtige Beiträge hervorzuheben sind (21,28). Auch in dem amerikanischen (30,41), russischen (54), italienischen (18) und englischen (3) Schriftum wurden in letzter Zeit neue Beobachtungen veröffentlicht. Unsere eigenen Forschungen (33 a,b,c,d,e; 34 a,b) stammen von 1959; im folgenden Kapitel wird eine umfassende Übersicht derselben gegeben.
