Zusammenfassung

Der zytochemische Nachweis von Glykogen kann entweder durch direkte Anfärbung mit der Jodmethode bzw. der Best' schen Karminfärbung oder durch Oxydation des Glykogens mit anschließender histochemischer Färbung der Reaktionsprodukte erfolgen. In den letzten Jahren haben sich in der Histo- und Zytochemie zur Polysacchariddarstellung Oxydationsverfahren durchgesetzt, von denen für haematologische Zwecke die Perjodsäureoxydation (PAS-Reaktion (18)) und die Na- triumperjodatoxydation von HECKNER und STRUTE (10) von Interesse sind
