Zusammenfassung

Für den hämatologisch arbeitenden Pädiater ist die Anwendung zytochemischer Techniken wegen des geringen Materialverbrauchs von vornherein verlockend. Zwar sind mit diesen Arbeitsmethoden - abgesehen von der aufwendigen Histo- photometrie - praktisch nur qualitative Nachweise zu führen, doch sind diese für manche Zwecke völlig ausreichend, Gerade für den Hämatologen sind zytochemische Untersuchungen unentbehrlich geworden, da sie allein es gestatten, jedes einzelne Individuum einer außerordentlich inhomogenen Zellpopulation zu beurteilen
