Zusammenfassung

Die älteste zytochemische Fermentreaktion ist die Oxydase- bzw. Peroxydasereaktion. Sie wurde 1907 von dem Wiener Kliniker WIMLER in die haematologische Diagnostik eingeführt und hat sich — wenn auch methodisch mehrfach modifiziert — bis heute zur Differenzierung myeloischer Zellelemente behauptet. In den letzten Jahren hat die zytochemische Enzymdiagnostik vor allem unter dem Einfluß amerikanischer Arbeitskreise um KAPLOW (9), M0L0NEY (10), WACHSTEIN (34) u.A. wertvolle neue Impulse erhalten. Im Mittelpunkt des Interesses der klinischen Zytochemie steht der Nachweis der alkalischen Leukozytenphosphatase (aLp). Aber auch aus der Verteilung anderer hydrolytischer Enzyme, z.B. der sauren Phosphatase und der unspezifischen Esterase, können sich für den Kliniker wertvolle Gesichtspunkte ergeben
