Zusammenfassung

Die Darstellung der Peroxydase in den granulierten Leukozyten gehört zu den ältesten zytochemischen Methoden. Unter den zellspezifischen Fermenten nimmt die Myeloperoxydase eine Sonderstellung ein, weil sie auch im Serum nachweisbar ist. Aus diesem Grunde halten wir ihre Berücksichtigung im Rahmen eines zytochemischen Symposions für gerechtfertigt
