Zusammenfassung

Zu diesem Thema liegen neue Zusammenfassungen von Straub, Taylor und Rhoades vor. Die Kernmembran wird während der Meiosis nicht aufgelöst und bei der Telophase de novo aufgebaut, sondern lediglich temporär in Bestandteile zerlegt, die dann wieder zusammengesetzt werden [Barrer, Joseph u. Meek (1, 2)]. Das Nucleolus-Volumen nimmt während der Mikrosporenentwicklung schneller zu als das Volumen der Zellen oder der Kerne (Leak u. Wilson). Der im Diplotän und in der Metaphase von den Chromosomen abgetrennte Nucleolus und das Nucleoplasma enthalten elektronenoptisch die gleichen fibrillären und granulären Elemente wie die Chromosomen; es handelt sich dabei vermutlich um RNS-Proteinkomplexe [Bopp-Hassenkamp (1)].
