Résumé

Le microscope électronique doit certainement renouveler nos connaissances sur les différents mécanismes de l’hémolyse. Son grand pouvoir de résolution nous permettra de voir la structure interne des globules rouges, la disposition des molécules d’hémoglobine et de donner une réponse à ces questions souvent posées: Y-a-t’il une membrane à la surface des globules rouges ? quelle est son épaisseur et quelle est sa nature ? [cf. Dervichian (7), Ponder (17)].
