Zusammenfassung

Wie in den letzten Jahren liegen auch jetzt wieder viele Befunde über das Vorkommen der IES und verwandter Indolderivate in den verschiedensten Pflanzen und Organen vor, durch welche die Bedeutung dieser Hauptgruppe der nativen Auxine erneut unterstrichen wird [Bohling; Blumenthal-Goldschmidt; Fukui, Teubner, Wittwer u. Sell; Hemberg; Klämbt (1); Linser u. Mitarb.; Pilet; Sen]. Die meisten dieser Arbeiten, die zum Teil offenbar auch als Ausgangspunkte für die Bearbeitung entwicklungsphysiologischer Probleme geplant sind, ergeben das bekannte Bild chromatographischer Auxinanalysen, in denen außer der IES und ihren bekannten Vorstufen bzw. ihren gebundenen Formen fast immer nicht-identifizierte Auxine und stets ein oder mehrere Hemmstoffe vorkommen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist in diesem Zusammenhang der Nachweis mehrerer aktiver Auxine in der Haferkoleoptile und der IES im Maisscutellum (Bohling), von 2-Hydroxy-Indol-3-essigsäure in Maiskörnern [Klämbt (2)] und Indolylpropionsäure in Weißkohl [Melchior (2)] sowie der Bericht von Sen über den Nachweis und die streckungs-fördernde Wirkung von N-Acetindoxyl in Gerstenblättern.
