Die zunehmende Zahl unter direkter Augensicht durchgeführter Verschlußoperationen des Vorhofsept umdefektes hat dargelegt, wie sehr selbst die in ihrer schulmäßigen Klassifikation zusammengehörenden Fälle anatomisch variieren.
