Zusammenfassung

1. Fibrinolysis und fibrinolytische Faktoren. Während die exakte, experimentelle und klinische Erforschung der Blutgerinnung im letzten Drittel des vorangegangenen Jahrhunderts eingesetzt hat, so beispielsweise die Feststellung des Einflusses erniedrigter Plättchenzahlen auf die Retraktilität des Gerinnsels und die dadurch bedingten thrombopenischen Zustände im Jahre 1882 durch Denis und Hayem und die Entdeckung Bizzozeros im gleichen Jahr der thrombenbildenden Funktion der Blutplättchen, hat die exakte, konsequente Erforschung der fibrinolytischen Vorgänge erst in den zwei letzten Jahrzehnten eingesetzt.
